Tamatar ki khatti sabji/ chutney (JHOJHA)
Ingredients:-
Tomatoes- 5-6 (roughly chopped)
Hari mirch- 3-4 (chopped)
Garlic- 6-7 (finely chopped)
Salt
Lal mirch powder- 1 tsp
Sarso dana/ mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Haldi-1/4 tsp
Oil
Method:-
Kadai may oil garam kare aur usmay sarso dana dale
Jab tadakne lage tab ismay hari mirch aur garlic add kare aur sauté kare
Ab ismay tamatar dale aur thoda sa pani dal kar tamatar galne tak pakaye
Ab namak aur lal mirch mila de aur do char min aur paka le (agar jaroorat ho toh thoda pani aur dale)
Utar kar bareek kata hara dhaniya mila de
