Veg cheese kofta curry

Ingredients
For koftas
Grated paneer -1 bowl
Grated boiled potatoes -1 bowl
Grated steam cauliflower -1/2 bowl
Grated mozrella cheese -1/2 bowl
Grated capsicum -1/4 bowl
Chopped coriander leaves -1/4 bowl
Bread crumbs of one and half slice or as required
Salt
Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp
For coating
Maida -2 tbsp + 1/4 bowl water
Bread crumbs for rolling koftas
Oil for frying
RECIPE
Mix all ingredients well, it will become like a dough, make lemon size balls, dip in maida batter, roll in bread crumbs and keep aside. Prepare all balls like this. Deep fry first on high flame, then on medium, then once again on high for few seconds. You can make in APPAM PATRA also.
Curry ingredients
Onion -2
Tomato -2
Ginger -1 inch Piece
Garlic -5 cloves
Carrots -2
Green chillies -2
Coriander leaves with stems -10-12
Tomato puree -4 tbsp
Lemon juice -2 tbsp
Peanut butter -1 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp or more
Water as required
Oil -2 tbsp
RECIPE
Wash and cut all veggies in small pieces and make paste in grinder, heat oil in a wok, add this paste and saute, after five minutes, add all remaining ingredients except peanut butter and water, saute till it becomes thick, now add peanut butter, mix well, add about one glass of water and let it boil for five minutes, you can add more water to get the desired consistency. Your curry is ready, add koftas just before serving and enjoy with thin chapatis or with rice.
