HEALTHY CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS
Dark chocolate slab - approx 50 gms
Dates -18-20
Almonds -18 -20
Walnuts - 7-8 kernels
Melon seeds -1 tbsp
Choco powder -2 tbsp
Milk powder -2 tbsp
Ghee -1 tsp

RECIPE
Wash and soak dates in water for five minutes. Dessed the dates, mash with hands and keep aside. Heat ghee in a wok and roast all dry fruits on low flame. Take these out, chop almonds and walnuts, add dates in wok and saute for two minutes, turn the flame off, add all ingredients, mix well and bind in shape of small balls. Melt chocolate in Microwave, dip prepared balls one by one and keep on a wire rack for few minutes, keep in fridge for half an hour and these yummilicious homemade healthy chocolates are ready to relish.
