Flax Seeds & Dates Ladoo 🍘
To make dates and nuts ladoo , we don’t need any ghee or oil and no sweetener is needed either. Super Healthy For Winters😃
Recipe:
1 Cup Seedless Dates Pitted
1/2 Cup Roasted Flax Seeds
Method:
👉🏻Dry roast flax seeds for few minutes on stove top & set them aside to cool.
👉🏻To the same pan add dates & heat them till turn soft.
👉🏻Knead or blend the dates in a blender, set the blended dates aside.
👉🏻Add flax seeds & blended dates together roll it like a big dough.
👉🏻Give the desired shape.
👉🏻 Grease your palms with ghee while giving ladoo shape.
