khoya paneer

Khoya paneer
Ingredients
250 grams paneer
100 gram khoya
1 cup hari matar 
1 shimla mirch
10-12 kaju
1 bada spoon magaz/ khrbooja beej
2-3 badi payaz
5-6 lahsun
1 inch adarak
2-3 hari mirch
2-3 tamatar
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 bada spoon shahi paneer masala
1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
Salt
Method
Sabse pahle kaju aur magaz ko 2 hrs ke liye garam pani mai bhingo ke rakh de aur phir barik pis le. ...ab ek kadai mai 2 tbsp oil aur 2 tbsp butter dal ker garam kare phir usmai pisa hua payaz aur namak dal ker bhura hone tak bhune. ..ab usmai haldi aur adarak lahsun aur hari mirch ka paste dale....thodi der bhune aur phir kaju ka paste dal ker bhune. ...ab ismai pisa hua tamatar dal ker bhune....thoda pani dal ker matar aur khoya dal de aur dhak ker pakne de...dusari kadai mai thoda oil dal ker paneer ke cubes kaat ker unko fry ker le....Fry kiye huye paneer cubes ko thande pani mai dip kar de....jab matar pakne vali ho usmai kata hua shimla mirch dal ker pakaye. ....ab ismai lal mirch aur shahi paneer masala dal ker thodi der bhune phir dhudh aur paneer dal ker thodi der pakaye. ..ab ismai butter aur cream mila ker gas off ker de aur 5 min ke liye sabji ko dhak ker rakh de...ab isko butter naan ya roti ke saath serve kare
