methi malai

Methi mutter malai 
Methi mutter malai-ingredients-1 small bunch methi finely chopped,1/2 cup boiled green peas (mutter),1onion finely chopped,garlic and green chilies finely chopped according to your taste ,pinch of sugar,1tbsp kaju paste,2tbsp malai,salt to taste,1tsp ghee,pinch of jeera ,2tbsp milk 
Method-in a pan put ghee when it becomes hot add jeera when it crackel add garlic and chilly,saute now add chopped onions again saute add kaju paste and malai saute for one minute mix it properly now add milk,sugar again mix it,after 1minute add chopped methi and mix it gravy let it be combined with gravy finely add green peas and lastly salt cover the pan with lid for 5minutes and after that remove lid and mix it your methi mutter malai is ready
