how to make milk from nuts or pulses

nut milk or pulse milk
1 cup nut any of the favorites/cashew, badam, melon, coconut, peanuts, til,soyabean or any white colored beans, urad , white rice also
soak overnight or 1 hour or more, minimum 15 minutes in hot water, remove brown skins if  any by rubbing
for 1 cup nut or pulse use 4 cup water
if thick add water as necessary.
For soyabeans 125 gm/1/2 cup add 1kg/4-5cup water for blending
blend smooth, boil well and strain through a cloth
add dates in blender for sweetness
can strain without boiling and keep in fridge

cream and whip cream

for making creams place raw milk  in fridge for 2-3 days, and take the top hard cream and whip it , we get the whipped cream.
For making cottage cheese boil it with lemon, then it will curdle, remove the curds and strain in a cloth put weight over it and will get the good shape after 1 hour we will get best paneer or cottage cheese
 nut butter
 grind cashew/badam/sesame/melon/peanut 1 cup in a blender till smooth add 1 tsp oil and blend and little salt  and sugar if like add milk powder, dates etc
 make almond butter, peanut butter, melon butter , til butterlike this way
