meat recipe

Any meat chicken or beef
beef 1kg
wash and cut into cubes add 2 tsp chilly powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1tsp garam masala, add 1/2 cup water and cook till 1st whistle. after that 20 minutes in low flame.

slice onion  long saute in hot oil about 3tbs with little salt, saute brown
(fennel seeds 2 tsp, jeera 1 tsp, clove 4, elaichi 4, black pepper 8, cinnamon 1 inch, 1/4tsp ginger powder ) all crush in a mortar and add this to browned onion to one side and saute
green chilly 5
garlic cloves 7
ginger 1/2 inch
fresh turmeric 1/2 inch
pudina leaves of 3 stems
green chilly garlic, ginger, turmeric, pudina all crush well in a mixer
add this to onion browns to other side and saute
chilly powder 1tsp, coriander powder 2tsp, garam masala 1tsp  add this to onion masala and saute add 1tsp salt
grind 2 tomatoes and add this and saute add 1tsp corn flour to this and saute add 1/4 cup water and cook, add again 1/4 cup water and cook the paste. This paste is biryani gravy, can use it for biryani with meat/chicken
for frying meat
take a pan add oil 4 tbs and heat

after cooking meat take 1/2 of the meat from cooker to the oil and stir add 1/3 of the tomato paste to it and mix well, add 1 tsp chilly powder, 1tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp salt and mix well and stir fry.

For curry
To the half of the meat in the cooker add 2/3 of the tomato paste, 3 potatoes slices of cubes add water and salt and cook 1-2 whistles. switch off flame.
The curry is very tasty and also fried meat is also very tasty
Good for rice, roti, naan, porotta
Use the same preparation for chicken, mutton, beef, egg also work well
For biryani
To the gravy paste of tomato  add 1/3 of the fried chicken/beef and cook for 3  minutes
2/3 of the fried chicken serve with biryani rice

layer rice then gravy or paste of chicken/beef top with rice
